It’s Time For Spring Cleaning Your Skin!
Finally! An 18% glycolic acid cleanser that is anti-aging plus nourishes the skin! This is what we in the skincare community call a slam-dunk.
Throughout the years my clients would ask me if there is a glycolic acid or AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) cleanser that delivers on promises of brightening and lightening, that helps clear acne- but without stripping your skin.
NeoStrata hit it on the mark with their Foaming Glycolic Wash. Not only does this soap free face wash have 18% glycolic acid in it (Wow that’s a lot!) it also has lactobionic acid which gently enhances cell renewal.
What does that mean?
While getting the dead skin off with glycolic acid, the lactobionic acid nourishes the skin so the new healthy skin cells come up to the surface which gives your skin a youthful glow!
When I use the Foaming Glycolic Face Wash, my skin feels super smooth and dewy. The glycolic wash is PH balanced so your skin feels hydrated after cleansing, not dry and tight-which I love!
This glycolic wash is designed for experience glycolic acid users.
I always say “listen to your skin.“ Glycolic acid can be your best friend if you have acne, discoloration, sun spots or a buildup of dead skin and clogged pores.
Sometimes more is not better though. Start off using the glycolic wash two times a day and if your skin starts to get a little sensitive then go to once a day.
I prefer using the wash in the morning to get my skin nice and clean and exfoliated before I apply my make-up, it goes on so much smoother!
Guys love glycolic washes because it’s like a skincare treatment without doing anything but washing your face! They see the results after one use and they’re hooked!
You should monitor your skin daily and always use a sunscreen when using products that have AHA’s in them.
Happy washing and please let me know if you’ve used the product! I would love to hear from you!
